I have too many thermometers. All from Thermoworks. I recommend: 

• RFX Wireless (2 probe) 

• Thermopen

From there, you can feed the addiction as needed

Traeger Pro 34 Pellet Smoker. 

• Dial for temp

• Just plug it in and it works. No wi-fi, no bells, no whistles. 

Basic flat top griddle. 

I dont have a great picture of this. Fun to use, just need to plan in advance to make pizza! 

Honestly, gets way too hot to successfully cook over. However, if you want an amazing crust, this will do it.
