Ingredients
1oz Freshly Brewed Espresso
1oz Vodka
2oz Irish Cream
Steps
Fill shaker with ingredients and ice
Shake vigourously
Strain into glass

3/4oz Simple Syrup
5 dashes of Bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry with a little of the juice

Add all ingredients to a glass and stir

1 egg white
Steps
Dry shake ingredients together
Add ice, shake
Strain into glass and serve with Maraschino cherry

Ingredients
12 egg
1 pound sugar
1 tsp nutmeg, separated
1 cup Cognac
1 cup Aged Rum
1 cup Bourbon
1 pint Whole milk
1 pint Half and Half
1 ping Heavy Cream
Steps
Separate egg yolks, save whites for another purpose
Whisk yolks smooth, slowly whisk in sugar
Add 1/2 tsp nutmeg, whisk until smooth
Combine alcohol, slowly whisk into egg mixture
Refridgerate in tightly sealed containers for 3-4 weeks. Shake occasionally.
After aging, combine egg mixture with dairy and another 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Once again, store in refrigerator tightly sealed for at least a month.
Serving
I have found it best to add more booze and serve over ice. I generally eyeball a 3 part nog to 1 part bourbon ratio.
